“Great place to stay. However I think that the small lake close to the cabins doesn't have any fish in it.”
“Amazing place, nice wooden cottage, cozy. Though you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels. I visited towards the end of Sep”
“Perfect place in the wintertime, the cabins are simple but has everything you need. Also a big pluss is that they have two toilets, great heating in the whole cabin, and a sauna. Tracks all over the area for both cross-country skiing and other winter activities. In the summer there is lots of places for hiking, swimming etc.”
“Simple accommodation in a phantastic setting. Vi stayed there with a large family party of all ages. Excellent facilities including canoes and kayaks which could be rented for free. At the edge of a mountain forest, close to a big lake and ski tracks. Stunning views. Marvelous cinema-like TV-room, good for watching the FIFA world cup finals. Good food. The owners, a Danish couple really take care. Warmly recommended.”
“A very nice accommodation. It is entirely made out of wood. WiFi, sauna, 2 toilets, tv, dish washer, and 8 beds are included. A lake is nearby, as wel as a small swimming pool and a hotel. The start of the Gaustatoppen is a 3 min ride. The downside is the location. It takes you 20 min to get to Rjukan, the nearest village.”
